Third Virtual session on Structure Modelling, Virtual Screening, MD Simulations, and experimental design

15th March - 06th April 2025 (Saturdays and Sundays)

Time: 4:00 PM IST onwards via Google meet

We will be organizing the third "weekend special" Virtual Session on Drug Designing. This session includes lectures on basic concepts of structural modelling, virtual screening, and molecular dynamics simulations, and demonstration using Gromacs to understand protein folding and targeting for drug discovery purposes. A special session will be held on designing wet-lab experiments for drug discovery process. After four-weekends, a doubt session will be held where one-to-one attention will be paid and doubts regarding any concept/training material/errors will be covered.

A quiz will be organised at end of the session and the winner will be rewarded with INR 750 /- Amazon voucher!!

Virtual session on Plant Genomics from

3rd - 7th September 2024

We organized the 3rd virtual session on plant genomics from 3rd - 7th September 2024 at 7-8PM IST. The session included demonstration of GWAS concepts and its thorough explanations. It provided the information on various tools required and data analysis. One-to-one attention was paid during the session, and doubts regarding the concept/training material/errors were covered.

These sessions included lectures on basic concepts of drug designing and the use of molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations in the field. The lectures included the demonstration using Gromacs to understand protein folding and targeting. A week-long virtual mode session was organized. These sessions included lectures on basic concepts of molecular dynamics simulations and demonstrations using Gromacs to understand protein folding and targeting for drug discovery purposes. On the last day, one-to-one attention was paid, and doubts regarding any concept/training material/errors will be covered.

We are providing three free problem-solving services to attendees within the next one year from day 1 of the session.

We organized a virtual demonstration session on MD simulations using Gromacs as per the schedule.
